Another fun-filled family camp. Thanks to Robin and Mike, we shared and bonded through group meditation, children activities and great meals. We look look forward to hearing from you!
This workshop was taught Michelle Ringgold, an Iyengar teacher from Seattle. It was a mix of yoga, meditation and writing. Everyone enjoyed the calming affect and the feedback was "make it longer next time!"
This was a gathering to raise money to fund retreatants who want to take solitary retreats or attend group retreats. Fun was had my all, both large and small people.
