Windhorse Retreat Center, located on the west side of Whidbey Island, offers wilderness retreat opportunities for both groups and individuals. It features two solitary retreat cabins which support spiritual, meditative, or artistic practices for individuals ready to explore their path more deeply. It also features a group practice facility which contains a shrine room, a kitchen, and bathing facilities – a perfect location for a small group retreat.
The property lies at the end of a private road, and is nestled in a quiet,secluded, wooded area immediately adjacent to South Whidbey State Park. It is a beautiful property which features a larger grassy area that is perfect for campers during a group retreat. It is also a haven for abundant wildlife, including deer, eagles, owls, and numerous songbirds. A short drive from the Clinton and Keystone ferry terminals, it is readily accessible from most parts of the Puget Sound region.
